A Cold-Blooded Business by Marek Fuchs Summary

In 1959, Olathe, Kansas, was made famous by the murder of the Clutter family and Truman Capote’s groundbreaking book on the crime, In Cold Blood. But fewer know that Olathe achieved notoriety again in 1982, when a member of Olathe’s growing Evangelical Christian population, a gentle man named David Harmon, was bludgeoned to death while sleeping—the force of the blows crushing his face beyond recognition. Suspicion quickly fell on David’s wife, Melinda, and his best friend, Mark, student body president of the local Bible college. However, the long arms of the church defended the two, and no charges were pressed. Two decades later, two Olathe policemen revived the cold case making startling revelations that reopened old wounds and chasms within the Olathe community—revelations that rocked not only Olathe, but also the two well-heeled towns in which Melinda and Mark resided. David’s former wife and friend were now living separate, successful, law-abiding lives. Melinda lived in suburban Ohio, a devoted wife and mother of two. Mark had become a Harvard MBA, a high-paid corporate mover, a family man, and a respected community member in a wealthy suburb of New York City. Some twenty years after the brutal murders, each received the dreaded knock of justice on the door. A Cold-Blooded Business provides fascinating character studies of Melinda and Mark, killers who seemingly returned to normalcy after one blood-splattered night of violence. Featuring a new afterword by the author covering the events of the past five years, this fast-moving true crime narrative is a chilling exploration into the darkest depths of the human psyche.

Cold Blooded Murders by Alex Josey Summary

The Trial of Sunny Ang (1973). Bankrupt and desperately needing money, this is the true story of how a brilliant Singaporean psychopath tried to commit the perfect crime. This landmark trial was the first of its kind in Singapore—without a body, the prosecution had no medical evidence nor witnesses to claim unnatural death, so they caught Ang in a chain of circumstantial evidence he could not break, which ultimately led to his sentence. Pulau Senang—The Experiment That Failed (1980). In 1965, 18 men, all convicted criminals were sent to death for murder. They were to be a haunting testimony to the failure of a bold experiment to transform Pulau Senang into a gaol without bars and a sad realization that ‘creative work in healthy surroundings’ may not reform seasoned criminals. Reconstructing the events leading to the tragedy and trial, Pulau Senang attempts to throw some light to a question that has never been answered satisfactorily: Why did the experiment fail?

A Killing in Amish Country by Gregg Olsen,Rebecca Morris Summary

At just 30 years old, with dark-blonde hair and freckles, Barbara Weaver was as pretty as the women depicted on the covers of her favorite "bonnet" stories - romance novels set in Amish America. Barbara had everything she'd ever wanted: five beautiful children, a home, her faith, and a husband named Eli. But while Barbara was happy to live as the Amish have for centuries - without modern conveniences, Eli was tempted by technology: cell phones, the Internet, and sexting. Online he called himself "Amish Stud" and found no shortage of "English" women looking for love and sex. Twice he left Barbara and their children, was shunned, begged for forgiveness, and had been welcomed back to the church. Barb Raber was raised Amish, but is now a Conservative Mennonite. She drove Eli to appointments in her car, and she gave him what he wanted when he wanted: a cell phone, a laptop, rides to his favorite fishing and hunting places, and, most importantly, sex. When Eli starts asking people to kill his wife for him, Barb offers to help. One night, just after Eli had hitched a ride with a group of men to go fishing in the hours before dawn, Barb Raber entered the Weaver house and shot Barbara Weaver in the chest at close range. It was only the third murder in hundreds of years of Amish life in America, and it fell to Edna Boyle, a young assistant prosecutor to seek justice for Barbara Weaver.

Cold-blooded crime record: Canada girls live raped on webcast (2 of 3) by Wong Sir, serious crime Summary

Cold-blooded crime record: Canada girls live raped on webcast (2 of 3) Police then searched Dixon's room and found a T-shirt. A small blood stain was found on it. Laboratory tests showed that it was most likely from Liu Qian. On the afternoon of April 20, police arrested Dickson and charged him with first-degree murder. Prior to the Dickson case, he had no criminal record. He acknowledged that he had psychological problems, anxiety and depression. He had previously seen a psychiatrist and stopped using medication. Police found dozens of prescription drugs in his room, some of which were for mental disorders. Liu Qian, an international student from Beijing, was born on September 9, 1987 in Haidian District, Beijing. In June 2010, she obtained a bachelor's degree in media from Beijing City College. In order to apply to a better school, she took the IELTS test twice and came to Canada in September to apply for a master's degree in media from multiple schools. On November 1, 2010, she moved to 46 Boulevard, near York University, moved into a nearby four-storey detached house two months later (January 2011). There are 13 student tenants in the house, most of them are students of York University. Only two of them are women. Liu Qian is one of them. Her room is 80 to 90 square feet (excluding toilets). One month before her death, she broke up with boyfriend Meng Xian in China. Before Liu Qian was killed, she expressed concerns to his friends about her personal safety said in a Chinese chat room that she was followed by a person who failed to court. However, police did not find evidence of "criminal entanglement" in the case. Liu Qian's parents arrived in Toronto from Beijing on April 20. Liu Qian's father, Liu Jianhui, was born in October 1958 in Changyi, Shandong. Master of Laws. He has studied Marxism and the history of the Communist Party of China for many years. He is currently the director, professor and doctoral tutor of the Party History Teaching and Research Department of the Central Party School. Liu Jianhui, who denied special status, said, "My wife and I are ordinary intellectuals. It 's because of my savings to send my children abroad. The conditions of my daughter's place are generally to save money. If there is a unified public phone in the residence, will contact the house as soon as possible. Other residents, maybe someone will stop the killer from doing bad things. Will the result be different? " Liu Qian's mother, Zheng Yaru, said: "I talked to my daughter about safety topics such as" coming home with my classmates after school "and" staying out at night. " No one expected that tragedy would happen in her room." Meng Xian told the police: "She never mentioned the name Dickson with me. I have heard stories of Chinese girls interacting with foreigners. We have been together since the third day. The relationship has always been very good, I know her character well. I hope that the murderer will be punished by law. I also want to ask the murderer what was in his mind at the moment of murder, and Liu Qian was so young. " On April 21, 2011, Dickson was remanded after a brief appearance in court, the judge read out the charges against him for first-degree murder, without giving any justification. Dickson will go to court again on April 26. On the morning of the same day, Liu Qian's parents met with the police chief at the multi-city police headquarters, and then went to the neighboring Ontario Forensic Office to inspect her daughter's body. On April 22, the front page of the "Toronto Sun" reported Liu Qian's murder, with the theme "I will spend the rest of my life in prison". "Toronto Sun" reported that people who often go to bars with Dickson said that Dickson drinking at the bar the night before his arrest. At that time, Dickson behaved strangely and asked about the situation inside the prison. When customers in the bar drew the topic to Liu Qian's case, Dickson's behavior was even more abnormal. Dickson said he would spend the rest of his life in prison. On the morning of April 26, Dickson appeared in the courtroom of the Western District Court in Toronto. Nattel, Dickson's lawyer, said his client had been able to face the situation calmly and calmly. The judge rejected the bail application and was remanded until his next appearance on May 24. "We still maintain our innocence stance, I will make a strong defense. The police have charged my client with first-degree murder charges before the cause of the deceased's death is known, which is very beneficial to our defense," said Nattel. On April 27, Liu Qian's memorial was held at the Jarrett Funeral Home in Toronto. About 300 people attended the scene to mourn, including students, teachers and principals of York University. York University set up a 5,000 yuan scholarship in the name of Liu Qian to encourage students from language colleges. The school held a commemorative ceremony with the theme of planting trees to express the sorrow of the dead. Liu Qian's body was cremated after the memorial service, her ashes were brought back to Beijing by parents. Liu Qian's parents set up two online memorial halls for her daughter, offering flowers, incense and clothes to her every day. On January 5, 2012, the Ontario High Criminal Court rejected Dickson's application for bail. Dickson continues to be held in Ontario Detention Centre. Female judge Morrie explained the reason: First, if Dickson is released, he is likely to commit another crime and threaten the population. Second, first-degree murder is a serious crime. Third, Dickson has a record of non-compliance and is not trustworthy. Fourth, the guarantor cannot look at him 24 hours. The murder of Liu Qian who occurred in April 2011, nearly three years later, was formally opened for trial in the Ontario High Court on March 24, 2014. Both Dickson's parents and Liu Qian's parents who came from Beijing to attend the trial were present. At a pre-trial meeting last week,Dickson refused to confess to being murdered at first level, but was willing to confess non-premeditated murder with a lighter sentence and was rejected by the monitor. Fourteen jurors were selected from hundreds of candidates, consisting of nine men and five women. All Chinese or Asian-faced citizens were rejected by defense lawyers. According to the Canadian judicial system, a jury in criminal cases is composed of 12 people. The addition of two people is to prevent jurors from withdrawing during the trial. If there are 14 people at the conclusion of the case, two of them will be disqualified, leaving only 12 people. Prosecutor Piroglia stated during the court hearing that the forensic doctor could prove that Dickson's DNA was highly consistent with the semen DNA remaining on the deceased. Nattel, Dickson's defense attorney, said his client never pleaded guilty and hoped that 14 jurors would support Dickson's premeditated murder. He said: "Whoever let Liu Qian die is not the key. The key is how the whole thing happened. The prosecution must provide sufficient evidence to support the murder charge." Prosecutors showed five large boxes of physical evidence to the jury, all found in Liu Qian's room, including the brown sweater and yellow Hello Kitty sheets she wore when she was killed. Black phone box, pink blanket, lace panties, black woolen pants, pearl earrings, soap, etc. When the court showed a video record of Liu Qian being found dead in the residence, Liu Qian's parents couldn't help crying, while Dickson was expressionless. On March 26, the forensic doctor appeared in court to testify. Judge Morrie said the forensic doctor was qualified to provide the jury with a pathological perspective, this was the first time a judge had allowed a witness to express an opinion after the trial. The forensic doctor said that Liu Qiang weighed 113 pounds and was 5 feet 3 inches tall. She was passing through without any damage to her genitals. There were minor injuries to the neck, thighs, arms, etc., bruising on the right temple, blood in both eyes, and tongue biting by teeth. Liu Qian had minor injuries on his body, and the injured part had not recovered. It was concluded that all the injuries occurred shortly before Liu Qian's death. These were not the resistance scars caused during the resistance. There are several possible causes of Liu Qian's death, including mechanical suffocation, squeeze of the neck, squeeze of the chest, weight of the body, and blockage of the respiratory tract of the nose and mouth. Forensic scientists are not sure which condition caused the death.

Cold-blooded crime record: Sydney, Australia, Sexually assaults niece and kills family to take over heritage (3) by Wong Sir, serious crime Summary

Cold-blooded crime record: Sydney, Australia, Sexually assaults niece and kills family to take over heritage (3) Royal prosecutors said that when Lin Ye spoke to the 000 operator, she had a loud argument with Xie Lianbin. She told her husband that she was scared and told him not to leave her until the police arrived. Xie Lianbin left her there and went home to pick up the car to pick up her parents. Lin Ye told the court that she told Xie Lianbin to drive to Malilan to pick up her parents and let them know the news as soon as possible. On June 22, 2015, Lin Ye continued to testify in court. She was concerned that the police falsified the evidence to frame her husband, and hoped that the third party agency would detect the physical evidence. On July 9, 2015, Senior Royal Prosecutor Tedsch, alluding to Lin Ye's intention to lie in court to protect his husband, Lin Ye denied. The couple lived near Lin's house, Lin Ye told the court that Xie Lianbin did not go out on the night of the incident. Lin Ye said she was a light sleeper, and her husband got up in the toilet, and she would know that she slept well that night, she believe Xie Lianbin was always around. Tedsch told Lin Ye that the monitoring device installed in her home recorded that night with her husband to discuss the questions the police had asked her during the day. Tedsch pointed out that she mentioned a number of things in the dialogue, including "how do I know if you went for a walk outside?" and "how do I remember if I woke up?" Tedsch asked, "Do you mean that, did you not answer the question of the police, did you wake up because you were not sure whether Xie Lianbin went out?" Lin Ye replied, "No." Lin Ye said that they were talking about the general situation, not the night of the murder, and that the police tried to frame them. She said that she was worried about the police's investigation methods and that what was told to them would be distorted. On July 20, 2015, the former inmate (Mr. A) of the defendant Xie Lianbin testified in the High Court that he received AU $ 4910 and commutation of other crimes during his cooperation with the police. Mr. A said in court that after Xie Lianbin was arrested in 2011, they were "neighbors" in Sydney's Long Bay Prison. Xie Lianbin was very lonely at the beginning and had little interaction with other prisoners. Once, a prison table tennis match was held in prison. Xie Lianbin and Witness A won a great victory. The two became friends. Witness A told the jury: "This relationship has developed to the point where we can talk every day." In December 2011, after Xie Lianbin failed to apply for bail, Witness A saw a news report on the case in prison. Soon after, the two talked about Xie Lianbin being monitored and photographed to cut the shoe box. Xie Lianbin told Witness A: "I will use a shoebox to hold money. All Chinese people do this." On one occasion, Witness A asked Xie Lianbin, and his wife said that there would be no problem with him when she shared the same bed with him that night. Xie Lianbin said, "No, there will be no problem ... mild sedation, the wife must support her husband instead of her family, that is our culture." Xie Lianbin once talked about how to use the dead man's top bag to murder, including "candidates" who want to kill, "we have planned some specific matters." Mr. A used a recording device to record the conversation with Xie Lianbin and gave it to the police. Mr. A told the jury that the police instructed him to cover Xie Lianbin, including a proposal to extract DNA from a corpse and transfer it to the murder weapon. Mr. A said that the police were trying to seduce Xie Lianbin to reveal the whereabouts of the weapon, which was as "magic" as Stephen King's novel. Later, the plan evolved into finding someone who had just died, and he was the murderer. Xie Lianbin said that this person must be of certain age and cannot be detained at the time of the murder. He has no family members and his name is preferably "Rob." "Rob" is the English name and nickname of Xie Lianbin. Xie Lianbin's lawyer questioned the credibility of the recordings of these conversations, and the lawyer alleged that he violated Xie Lianbin's right to silence. He claimed that if he knew that Harris was a detective, Xie Lianbin would not meet with him and demanded that the recorded evidence could not be presented. The judge ultimately refused to submit the recorded evidence to a jury. On September 15, 2015, the jury has been hearing for seven months. The defense has always pointed out that the police have no key evidence. This is the fourth trial of the case. The previous two trials were suspended and one trial failed to reach a consensus decision. Senior Royal Prosecutor Tedsch began his closing statement to the jury. Tedsch told Xie Lianbin: "You might think this day will not come." Tedsch said that the first issue to be discussed in the casewas the crime scene and the killer information revealed in it. No matter who killed the five people, he could hack into the house and move freely. The prosecutor stated in the court that Xie Lianbin's motives for committing the crime stated that he committed the crime because he was "low-ranking" in his family and was jealous of his grandmother. Prosecutors pointed out that Xie Lianbin had proposed adopting a niece a few hours after the crime, which was unusual. Xie Lianbin hoped that after the death of Lin Ling , he and his wife would take Lin Su, a 15-year-old niece, to his house to satisfy his beastly desiresand seize his inheritance. The prosecution alleged that Xie Lianbin was carrying "hammer-like weapons" at that time and had great lethality. He first slept Lin Ling and Lin Yunli while sleeping, and then entered the second room to kill Lin Yunbin. Lin Ye was controversial when she gave evidence in court. Sometimes the judge asked her to raise her voice, and sometimes she forgot part of the incident and asked to adjourn to appear on the grounds of seeing a doctor. Lin Ye said in court that Xie Lianbin was in bed at home the night of the murder, but she did not remember whether she had woke up that night. The main controller said that after receiving the question from the police, Lin Ye told Xie Lianbin the details of the bloodshoe print on the scene of the murder. The lawyer said that Xie Lianbin got along well with Lin Ling's family, especially Lin Ling's youngest son Lin Tao, who could not kill them. On September 22, 2015, Xie Lianbin's defense lawyer Tan Bao made a closing statement, pointing out a series of "significant features" against Xie Lianbin, including the fact that Lin Ling's house was not forcibly broken in. Blood stains matching the deceased's DNA. Tan Bao reminded the jury: "The fate of this man is in your hands. You have to decide if there is sufficient evidence to convict him on five counts of murder." November 27, 2015. The jury announced that after ten days of negotiation, no consensus could be reached. Judge Fullerton said after receiving notifications of progress from 12 jurors: "I know you have been cautiously discussing for ten consecutive days. There is no time limit for reaching an agreement. After determining that it is really impossible to reach a consensus, will dissolve you.I know you will do your best to fulfill your obligations.Calm and objective discussions usually lead to better understanding. " On December 8, the jury failed to convict him, and Judge Fullerton of the NSW High Court approved Xie Lianbin's bail application. He has been in jail for four years and seven months. This is the largest criminal case ever spent in New South Wales, Australia, against a single defendant, with 160 days before and after the evidence hearing. Trial funding up to the third judgment on December 1, 2015, cost a total of $ 1 million. The jury was unable to obtain a consensus and determined that Xie Lianbin was the murderer of the five Lin family members. On June 24, 2016, the jury was informed that after the murder, Lin Ye was called several times to participate in a secret hearing of the crime committee until her husband Xie Lianbin was arrested in May 2011. Shortly after one of the hearings, a recording device installed in Xie Lianbin's home recorded Xie Lianbin's shredded shoe boxes and flushed them into the toilet. On June 29, the blood-washed Lin family murder case, the fourth trial in the NSW High Court. In her opening statement, Crown Prosecutor Smith noted that evidence showed that the murder, which occurred seven years ago, had only one murderer. On September 8, Lin Ye told the jury that she and her husband, Xie Lianbin, arrived at his brother's house on July 18 because his brother did not appear in the newspaper and magazine shop he runs on time. Lin Ye said, "When I entered the unlocked house and did not see anyone downstairs, my emotions broke down many times. I kept walking and yelling, but no one answered." Lin Ye said that her husband followed her upstairs, and she saw that the door of the master's room was open, the room was dark, and the curtains had not been opened. The husband stood beside her and told her not to look, then hugged her tightly. Lin Ye said, "I have all seen that Lin Yunli's entire face has changed and there is blood." Prosecutor Smith pointed out that Lin Ye had been questioned by the police a few days after the incident and twice said that her husband was behind her at the time and she did not see anything in the room. Her husband told her not to look and then hugged her. She later turned and saw Lin Yunli and blood. Lin Ye told the jury again that when her husband was hugging her, she had seen the scene on the bed. Smith said that Xie Lianbin did not let his wife see, but knew that there was a body because he was the murderer. Smith claimed that Lin Ye's testimony was unreliable, and Lin Ye said that it was due to limited English ability when interviewed by the police. Smith said that Xie Lianbin's pair of sneakers matched the shoe marks obtained from the blood on the Lin's bedroom. "A trusted family member killed his family in the most cruel way," Smith said.

Cold-blooded crime record: Sydney, Australia, Sexually assaults niece and kills family to seize inheritance (4) by Wong Sir, serious crime Summary

Cold-blooded crime record: Sydney, Australia, Sexually assaults niece and kills family to seize inheritance (4) On October 18, 2016, the Lin family's bloody case was reopened for trial. During the four trials of the Lin family's bloody case, relatives of the Lin family who could not disclose their identity due to legal reasons, issued a victim impact statement under the code of Miss AB, mentioning the case against him cause a nightmare effect. The testimony of Miss AB became the key to deciding Xie Lianbin's guilty. She said: "The language is not enough to describe the pain and injury to me and those around me." "I don't know how to express the impact of the murder of my dear relative on my life. There is no word to describe the pain and suffering that this brings to me." "It completely changed my life. If this case didn't happen, I don't think any part of my life would be the same as it is now." "Before I left home, I didn't say anything to my dad. I just stood there awkwardly, thinking," I'll only go there for a week anyway, and I will see them soon. "Today, my last regret is that I didn't give my dad a Hug, didn't tell him I love him, didn't thank him for loving me so much. " "Without love, pain will never disappear, and time will not erase the pain." "It has been seven and a half years since I lost my family. This is seven and a half years without loving my mother. This is seven and a half years without loving my father." "With the passage of time, others may forget, but I will spend the rest of my life on the crimes committed by others." The testimony of Miss AB was accepted by the Justice, proving that Xie Lianbin's crime was sexually motivated. On November 18, 2016, five months after the trial of the Lin family's bloody trial, the prosecution entered the stage of concluding the case, describing the Lin family's bloody case as "meticulous planning" and "single person completion". The murderer clearly understood the interior layout of the house. "The case is by no means a random attack, not a manslaughter caused by robbery, theft or assault," said Royal Prosecutor Smith. Smith said that the deceased were all Xie Lianbin's in-laws. There was no indication that the house had been forcibly broken into, and the murderer opened the door directly with a key. On November 24, 2016, the prosecution and the defence opposed the evidence. Prosecutors said that when Xie Lianbin and Lin Lin Yeentered the master room, the body could not be seen at his location, but he hugged his wife and asked her not to show it,indicating that he had known five murders and he was the murderer. Xie Lianbin's defense lawyer, Weber, said: "Xie Lianbin is much taller than Lin Lin, who is petite. He may look over the wife's head or see the scene in the bedroom from the surroundings. He may see those things clearly, in fact he does. " Prosecutors pointed out that Xie Lianbin was a physician. He did not take the pulse of the five victims and checked whether they were still alive. Lawyer Weber told the jury: "You have seen pictures of the corpses on the scene and they do not look like they are alive. No doubt they are dead. " Weber lawyers said the prosecution's claims that Xie Lianbin left his frightened wife alone at the scene in order to process evidence, such as a hammer-like weapon, were speculation. Xie Lianbin left to pick up Lin Ye's parents and take them to the Lin family. Xie Lianbin originally invited them to come by train and only drove to pick up at Lin Ye's request. "It's because he didn't murder anyone, he didn't have a weapon, no weapon or anything like that, and everything that happened that morning was innocent," Lawyer Weber said. The lawyer said that Xie Lianbin was thin and could not kill five people in a short time. The weapon that killed the five members of the Lin familyhad never been found. Xie Lianbin never pleaded guilty and said he was innocent. On December 11, 2016, a jury of eight men and four women participated in the trial for nearly a month and was unable to reach a consensus or majority consent. On December 28, Justice Fullerton continued to guide the jury, summarizing all the evidence presented in court, before the jury left in the afternoon. The judge told the jury on the afternoon of the 29th thathe may withdraw from the court to discuss the ruling. At that time, the jury will consist of four women and nine men, and the judge said that one member will be eliminated before leaving the court. Fullerton said: "The trial is long, and I expect it to end tomorrow (29th), and you can leave the court to discuss in the afternoon." She thanked the jury for returning to the court after the Christmas holiday and understood that "it's difficult to be in court." Lin Yangfei and his wife determined that Xie Lianbin, the son-in-law, had killed his son's family. A senior royal prosecutor sat next to Lin's parents, Lin Yangfei and Zhu Fengqin, who cried all the time. On December 29, the jury was unable to reach a consensus ruling, and Judge Fullerton requested the jury to return to court on January 12, 2017. On January 12, 2017, after eight days of deliberations, the 12-person jury failed to reach an agreement, and finally Xie Lianbin was convicted of five murders at 11: 1. The state of New South Wales, Australia, allows the court to adopt an 11: 1 majority decision or a 10: 1 or 9: 2 majority decision with a small number of juries, and the judges sentence the sentence. The trial of the Lin family's blood trial lasted seven and a half years. After four juries, the first two juries terminated halfway. The third jury was inconclusive. The fourth jury finally convicted Xie Lianbin. Xie Lianbin insisted that he did not kill, and her wife Lin Ye also believed her husband was innocent. Lin Ye said, "He has a good relationship with my brother. I have dinner together every Friday night.I know what my husband is like. He has a good relationship with my parents, my brother, my brother's children, and he loves them ... …In early investigations, police believed that the killer was more than one and no one could do it alone. " Lin Ye has attended the pretrial, two trials were suspended, and the third trial, which lasted for 9 months but failed to reach a consensus ruling, and this trial, some groups believed that Xie Lianbin was innocent and provided support to Lin Biao during the trial. On February 13, 2017, the Sydney Lin family's blood casewas sentenced in the High Court of NSW, and Xie Lianbin was sentenced to five consecutive life sentences without bail. Justice Fullerton said: "Consider the testimony of the surviving member of the family, Miss AB, during the sentence. The criminal committed sexual violence against her after the killing. His behavior is extremely horrible, and life imprisonment is the only appropriate sentence." The justice said: "This prisoner is at risk of violent crime in the future. Due to the protection of social security, he will not be released on bail. He will die in prison." After nearly eight years of interrogation, the Lin family's bloody case finally came to a ruling. Xie Lianbin's representative lawyer did not make any claims on behalf of Xie Lianbin. Xie Lianbin and his wife Lin Ye "seemed calm" when they heard the verdict, and said they would continue to appeal. Lin Ye called Xie Lian Bin the "scapegoat" in this case. In a statement issued in court, Xie Lianbin was sent to prison, Lin Lin's daughter. During the lengthy interrogation, at the time of the crime, Lin Su, 15, was protected by law and her identity and evidence were not reported by the media. At the time of the murder, Lin Su was attending a girl's high school, travelling to New Caledonia with her school, and spending summer vacations on a tropical island. A friend sent her a Facebook news link. When she saw the news picture was her home, she knew that her family had been murdered. Lin Su said, "That feeling is too unreal. I am completely shocked and can't believe it." She went home on the first flight of the day, and her aunt Lin Ying and uncle Xie Lianbin came to comfort her. Lin Su said, "My aunt gave me a big hug while crying, and then I realized that it was all true." Become an orphan overnight, Lin Su felt very upset, and he didn't know what to do all day. Xie Lianbin looked at Lin Su's plight, and Lin Su was taken over by her aunt and later became her guardian. On February 13, 2017, an exclusive interview with Lin Su was broadcast on Sunday Evening on Australian Channel 7. She said: "That killer not only killed my family, but also sexually assaulted me!" The host asked her, "Are you sexually assaulted by uncle Xie Lianbin?" Lin Su replied, "Yes, he sexually assaulted me ... It was the most difficult experience for me." "I hope everyone respects my privacy. Maybe someday in the future, I can calmly talk about it, but at this moment, I can't do it. I don't know how to express how it hurts me. . " Lin Su said that Xie Lianbin had been molested many times before the incident. After he moved into the Xie family's residence, the molestation was more frequent. Lin Su said that she respects Lin Ye very much, which is one of the reasons why she doesn't want to tell the truth. She said, "I decided to bury sexual assault in my heart for the sake of Lin Ye." Lin Su said, "After the bloodshed, I thought whether my uncle's sexual assault on me would be just a motive for murder, but this should not be the reason he took five lives." In May 2011, Xie Lianbin was arrested by the police for his involvement in the bloody case. Lin Su determined that the murderer who had killed his close relative was actually the uncle who had lived with him in the same house. "If Xie Lianbin is guilty, I don't want my aunt Lin Ye to live with him for the rest of my life ...I will tell the court everything I know." Lin Su said, "After many trials, I was very disappointed with my aunt. When I testified, I told the truth. She sent me several text messages saying that uncle was innocent and that the police had framed him. One day she can realize all I said was true, without him it would only make her better. " In December 2018, Xie Lianbin, sentenced to life imprisonment, appealed against the verdict.

Cold-blooded crime record: Chiba , japan President of the Chiba Association of Parents tortures and kills nine-year-old girl (Part 2) by Wong Sir, serious crime Summary

Cold-blooded crime record: Chiba , japan President of the Chiba Association of Parents tortures and kills nine-year-old girl (Part 2) Lei Ling's bags and belongings were scattered 500 meters to 18 kilometers away. Police believe the killer was equipped with a car crime. The police looked through the surveillance footage of several road sections within 18 kilometers to investigate. Many private car owners provided clues to witness Lei Ling on her way to school and provided on-board video. Police collected road and private surveillance videos and found a grey vehicle that appeared several times near the site where the body was dumped and girls' clothing was discarded on March 24. After Lei Ling was killed, her parents would transport her daughter to Vietnam for burial. Matsudo City Sixth Elementary School Parents Association President Shibuya Kyosho actively distribute leaflets to help raise expenses. When Lei Ling held the mourning ceremony, Shibuya was absent because the whole family had the flu. At the entrance ceremony on April 11, Shibuya spoke publicly as a parent representative. The Chiba County Police Task Force tracked for several days and found from the film materials that an adult man may be related to the case. The man's Facebook head uses ACG characters. The police found a profile of the suspicious man on an auction site: "Hello everyone, I'm interested in children's products and clothes. Although I mainly buy them, I try to ship them after I get started. Please take care." The man had bought teenage clothes and underwear online. On April 14, 2017, the police arrested a suspect, Shibuya Kyosho, who lived near Lei Ling's house with "suspected abandoned body". Police found SM props and 20 boxes of adult DVDs at Shibuya's home, mostly child pornography videos and adult comics. Shibuya (47 years old) has a son and a daughter with his wife, and his family is harmonious. Shibuya's grandparents were engaged in the transportation industry and left an asset. The apartment where he lives is a four-story building under his own name. The first floor is rented to a convenience store, and the remaining three-storey apartments are rented out. The estimated monthly rent income is about 800,000 yen. Shibuya reported that the current real estate practitioner began serving as the president of the Parent Association of Matsudo City Sixth Elementary School in 2016. Lei Ling was studying at the school, and the Shibuya family was about 300 meters away from the girl's family. Shibuya often volunteers to maintain traffic safety during school hours. Shibuya will go to the school to peek at the students and have lunch with the students. He is kind to girls but sometimes fierce to boys. Shibuya used to work in a restaurant, his colleagues said that Shibuya loved it when he saw the little girl. The cute girl came to the store, he immediately went over to ask them what to eat, but this was not the case for other customers. After his arrest, Shibuya refused to plead guilty, hired a lawyer to defend his innocence, claiming that there was evidence of absentia, which was found to have been forged by him after investigation. On the morning of Lei Ling's disappearance, Shibuya was not on duty, he argued to others that he was absent from work. Nearby residents said that Shibuya's car was not parked in its usual position that night. Police found Shibuya's driving records and refueling records on the same day, believe that Shibuya drove Lei Ling on his way to school after he drove his child to school on the morning of March 24 to lure Lei Ling away. Another tourist RV in Shibuya was parked in the parking lot. Police suspected that he took Lei Ling away and pulled her onto the RV. Forensic officers detected Lei Ling's blood stains in various places on the car. Police believe that Shibuya locked Lei Ling in the car with handcuffs prepared in advance and strangled the girl after sexually assaulting her. It is believed that she was killed within five hours of being abducted. Shibuya drove out and stepped on from evening to night, discarding Lei Ling's clothes, school bags and other personal belongings. Before 6:45 am on March 26, Shibuya discarded the body in a drainage ditch in ABIKO. Shibuya's DNA is consistent with the evidence collected at the crime scene. On May 5, the Japanese police announced that in addition to the crime of abandoning the body, Shibuya was also suspected of carrying out an abduction for the purpose of indecent assault, which resulted in the death of the victim during the forced indecent process. It was decided to arrest Shibuya, the suspect, again for murder, abduction and forcible death. Police revealed at a press conference that after Shibuya's arrest, he remained silent and was unwilling to explain the case. The truth of the case is now unclear and is currently considered a separate crime. Shibuya pleaded not guilty. Before the trial began, Lei Ling's father said: "The day the body was found was cold and rainy. So far, I will see my daughter with my eyes closed, crying and shouting," I'm so cold. " "Sadness will not go away. Instead, it is strengthening." "I still don't know the truth and the process of the crime. All this makes me very sad. Now I can't give her an account to worship her daughter, but we will definitely wait until the day when the truth comes out." The Vietnamese ambassador in Japan hopes that the court will try the case severely and bring the killer to justice as soon as possible. On June 4, 2018, the referee trial began in Chiba District Court. Shibuya claimed that "the content of the prosecution was fabricated out of thin air, and I have nothing to do with the incident." After his arrest, he insisted on keeping silent, and always maintained innocence during the trial. The prosecutor stated in his case that the defendant Shibuya drove the girl Lei Ling in a light-duty private car at that time, and then insulted her by some means to suffocate and kill her. The corpse was abandoned in the grass in the ABIKO of the county. The prosecution pointed out that the blood collected on the floor of the defendant's light private car matched the DNA of the girl. The defendant's DNA was also found on the remains of the body, confirming that he had forcibly taken Lei Ling and was planning a crime, and the prosecutor sought a death sentence from the judge. The defense stated that the incident was being reported so extensively that the search agency was under strong pressure, and that the DNA of the defendant Shibuya could be used as a prisoner to identify. The blood found in the car may have been left by the girl when she hitchhiked before the incident, there was no defendant footprint at the scene of the corpse, which was also very unnatural. On July 6, 2018, the Chiba District Court ruled on the case. The court has 65 auditoriums, and the number of attendees today reached 327. The Chief Justice Nohara said that there was sufficient evidence that Shibuya killed and raped Lei Ling, who was only nine years old, and his crime was unforgivable. He was sentenced to life imprisonment. On July 8, the day after the court sentenced Shibuya to life imprisonment, Lei Ling's father came to the scene where ABIKO found the body of his daughter and reported the court's verdict to his daughter. Lei Ling's father presented flowers and incense to the dead daughter, brought her favorite apples and peaches, and then quietly looked at the photos, her daughter's frozen smile. "Justice will never be absent, only late"?

Cold-blooded crime record: Sydney, Australia, Sexually assaults niece, kills family and seizes inheritance (2) by 重案組黃sir Summary

Cold-blooded crime record: Sydney, Australia, Sexually assaults niece, kills family and seizes inheritance (2) Police found 42 shoe prints in the pool of blood all over the forest house, of which 24 prints matched the Asics running shoes, and many of them were in the size of US 8.5-10.5. Xie Lianbin's favorite running shoe is a pair of Asics with a size of 9.5. These running shoes have disappeared after the incident, but the shoe box is still in Xie Lianbin's home. When police took the confession for Lin Ye, he deliberately disclosed the matter of sneakers and blood footprints to Lin Ye. Lin Ye told Xie Lianbin the news, the police hidden camera, photographed Xie Lianbin chopped an Asics sneaker shoe box, and dipped into the toilet after soaking. After nearly two years of investigation, agents have ruled out that the Lin family's murder was related to the Chinese triad or other revenge incidents. Xie Lianbin became the only suspicious object in the case, but has not yet obtained an iron certificate. On May 5, 2011, the police formally arrested Xie Lianbin, accusing him of being connected with the Lin family's five corpse murder and charged with five counts of murder. The court rejected Xie Lianbin's bail and was remanded pending trial. In the following years, Xie Lianbin spent most of his time in prison. Xie Lianbin (53) was charged with murder in the early morning of July 18, 2009 at Lin Ling's home in North Yeping: Lin Ling (45 years old) Lin Ling's wife Lin Yunli (43 years old) Lin Han (12 years old) and Lin Tao (9 years old) Lin Yunli's younger sister Lin Yunbin (39 years old) Sheriff Pete in charge of the case believes that the matter was caused by money and believes that Xie Lianbin has committed the crime alone. The police have not found the murder weapon so far. Pete said that when the police arrested Xie Lianbin, he was surprised, but he did not refuse to arrest, Lin Ye was not at the time. On February 10, 2012, Xie Lianbin and Lin Ye publicly sold the murdered Lin family house as guardians of the inheritance Lin Ling. On March 22, a Korean family bought it for 766,000 yuan below the market price. The police believed that Xie Lianbin adopted Lin Su in order to control her and obtain a large legacy. In order to collect the key evidence of the case, Agent Harris was sent to conduct an undercover operation. He visited Xie Lianbin at the Parkley Correctional Center many times and took the opportunity to talk. Xie Lianbin told Harris: "The whole family didn't like me from the beginning. They always wanted to make me lose face. Face is very important in Chinese culture and more important than money." Xie Lianbin said, "They told Lin Ye that she could find someone who is richer and more handsome. They didn't know that I had money. They thought that Lin Ling was a successful businessman.I have more business acumen and higher intelligence and ability than Lin Ling." The investigation of the case made no progress, and Xie Lianbin's lawyer petitioned to stop detention. On April 5, 2012, the court rejected the request to suspend custody and held a hearing for trial. In Australia, major criminal cases are subject to trial proceedings to find out whether prosecutors have sufficient evidence to bring the defendant to trial. Australia is a common law country. The jury system is very time-consuming and expensive. If there is insufficient evidence, the judge can release the defendant directly. This release does not mean innocence. The prosecution can reopen the proceedings if it finds new evidence. On August 20, 2012, the case entered trial proceedings. Lin Ye proposed that the police had recorded her interrogation twice. It was not a formal written investigative transcript with her signature. The legal validity was still in doubt and could not be used as evidence for prosecution. On December 20, the trial judge publicly stated that the case had insufficient evidence and the local court approved the detention of Xie Lianbin. Prosecutors appealed to the higher court, Xie Lianbin still could not be released. In 2013, a prison informant A at the Long Bay Correctional Center told undercover agent Harris that he had new details about the murder. Informer A claimed that Xie Lianbin purchased a murder weapon from a "two yuan shop", and that night the murderer used a sedative for his wife Lin Ye. Informer A said that Xie Lianbin had a scapegoat. If he was arrested and tried, he would put the fingerprint of one of the dead on a weapon that had not been found. Informer A asked Xie Lianbin: "How to transfer the fingerprint of the deceased to the weapon?" Xie Lianbin didn't answer this question. Informer A asked Xie Lianbin: "How can one person kill five people?" Xie Lianbin pointed to his back neck and said, "I know a little acupuncture point. Press the acupuncture point on the back neck. The other side will be lethargic after four or five minutes, and then hit it with a hammer, not much blood come out." Informer A told Xie Lianbin that the blood stains found by the police on the ground floor of the garage had DNA of members of the Lin family, which was difficult evidence to overturn. Xie Lianbin said that DNA is certainly a problem. If it is found that Lin Ling's blood, he can be said to have repaired his car and was stabbed and bleeding by a sharp object in the garage. Xie Lianbin's wife Lin Ye firmly believed that her husband was innocent and often went to visit the prison. Harris introduced her to those who could help and quickly gained her trust. Harris began to talk to Lin Yi about the Lin family's murder, and Xie Lianbin also began to trust Harris and was willing to meet him. On April 26, 2013, Harris and Xie Lianbin met for the first time, only a few months before Xie Lianbin's pretrial hearing. Harris talked with Xie Lianbin in the visiting area for half an hour. The prison environment was quite noisy at the time, and the recording of the conversation was damaged by noise. On May 24, Harris visited Xie Lianbin for the last time. Xie Lianbin acknowledged the killing. He did not inform the murder weapon. A group of police officers overheard and recorded the conversation between the two. The police tried all the magic weapons, but still did not obtain the iron certificate. The agent then investigated the relationship between the characters. Lin Ling's father, Lin Yangfei, said: "I treat two families equally and do not distinguish each other. There is a dispute. " Xie Lianbin's wife, Lin Ye, said: "My husband and brother's family had a good relationship at the family dinner, but Lin Yunli had a long time not eaten with her parents-in-law for at least a year." The agent inquired with Lin Yangfei and revealed that Lin Yunli may have a private relationship with Xie Lianbin. This incident made Lin Yangfei very angry and warned Lin Yunli that the Lin family would never allow such a scandal. According to Lin Yangfei's clues, the agent found Lin Yunli's diary and revealed that she had a private relationship with a man named "Rob". Xie Lianbin's English name was also called "Rob". In July 2008, Lin Yunli wrote in her diary: "Life is short. We cannot leave all our families and property with us. One day, we will finally say goodbye to all this." Another diary expresses Lin Yunli's love for "Rob","The years I spent with Rob and the years I lived with him have made me more familiar with him, and I can't bear to be separated from him." Lin Yangfei once talked with Lin Yunli about having a private relationship with people in her diary. After that, Lin Yunli stopped attending family gatherings. Lin Yangfei said that only one month after the Lin family's bloodshed, Xie Lianbin expressed serious dissatisfaction with the distribution of the deceased's inheritance and the raising of orphans, and his relationship with Xie Lianbin had deteriorated sharply. On May 8, 2014, the first trial of the Lin family's bloody case. The only witness was Xie Lianbin's inmate A while in custody. He said that Xie Lianbin had confessed to him. On June 10, the trial was suspended because of new evidence. On August 5, the second trial began, and the prosecution proposed that Xie Lianbin's motive for the crime was to seize Lin Ling's family property. Prosecutors pointed out that after Xie Lianbin killed Lin Ling's family, the surviving Lin Su would be put under the supervision of Lin Ye and Xie Lianbin, in order to control the inheritor Lin Su and obtain family property. On September 23, 2014, the trial judge became ill and the trial was suspended again. In October, Xie Lianbin applied for bail and was again rejected by the court. On February 4, 2015, the third trial began, and the case was heard in the NSW High Court. It is expected to take six months. Xie Lianbin's lawyer once again petitioned to stop the failure of detention. On May 11, one of the members of the expert group who inspected Xie Lianbin's residence, appraisal analyst Jihad told the court that a stain found on the garage floor was likely to be “transferring blood”,and the blood may be the murderer wearing a pair of bloody shoes or drop the ground when moving the weapon. On May 18, Lin Ye testified in court, saying that between 2005 and 2009, she and her husband were unemployed, and her parents were very upset about it. When Lin Ye appeared in court as a witness for the prosecution on May 20, she said that after having dinner with her parents, Lin Ling and his two sons on the evening of Friday, July 17. She and her husband went to bed sleeping, at about 2 am on the 18th her husband did not go out that night. When asked about the financial status of the two couples, Lin Ye acknowledged that during the global financial crisis of 2008-2009, the two lost a lot in the stock market, but have since eased over. When the Royal Prosecutor asked Lin Ye, Xie Lianbin transferred 100,000 yuan from China to Australia every year as their living expenses. Lin Ye said "I can't remember the amount." On May 21st, Lin Ye recounted the situation when she came to her brother's house on July 18th to see the body, and she kept crying and shaking during the testimony. She said that when she found the body, she called 000, and according to the 000 alarm recording, Lin Ye said, "I need someone to come over quickly. Because I think someone killed my brother, sister-in-law, and someone killed my brother's family." Operator: "Are they in the hall?" Lin Ye: "No no no, they are in the bedroom, they are all in the bedroom." Operator: "Are they in the house? Is your brother also in the house?" Lin Ye: "I'm not sure, I just looked around, I saw the body, so I decided to call the police. I saw the body of my sister-in-law,I saw the body of my sister-in-law, and I saw two nephews, that is the bodies of my brother's two sons, but I didn't see my brother. " At this time, Lin Ye said to Xie Lianbin in Cantonese, "I am more afraid than you." The police arrived to investigate and found that Lin Ling's body was not found. He thought he had fled after killing his family. In the afternoon of the same day, Lin Ye called the police to tell Lin Ling's body was covered with velvet. Lin Ye told the police on the phone that they were asked to check under the velvet, and she "feeled" that her brother was underneath. Lin Ye declined to say whether this was what her husband told her.

Cold-blooded crime record:Sydney, Australia, Sexually assaults niece and kills family to seize inheritance (1) by Wong Sir, serious crime Summary

Cold-blooded crime record:Sydney, Australia, Sexually assaults niece and kills family to seize inheritance (1) On July 18, 2009, Lin Ye went to work and found that her brother Lin Ling's newspaper shop was not open. She called his brother and his family. The phone was not answered. Lin Ye felt strange. At 9.50 in the morning, Lin Ye and her husband Xie Lianbin went to the elder brother's house to check. When the door was opened, a body was found after entering the house. Lin Ye called the police. Police received a report and arrived at Boundary Road, North Yeping, Northwest Sydney, Australia. There are four bedrooms in the house. There is a female corpse in the master room, two child corpses in one room, a female corpse in another room. The room was empty and there were no signs of ransacking. From the reporter's mouth, the police knew that the owner Lin Ling had no idea what to do after the incident. He initially suspected that he had fled after guilty of killing the family. Detectives later received a call from Lin Ye, saying that there was a male corpse on the bed of the master's room, covered with a piece of velvet, believed to be the missing Lin Ling. Traces of bloody ropes were found at the scene, and the police concluded that the murder weapon contained ropes. Experts said the traces came from a "left-twisted" rope with a diameter of four millimeters. A forensic autopsy report revealed that two children attempted to escape when attacked, and four of them were severely wounded and suffocated on the head. The male body died of a serious head injury caused by a heavy, blunt object, believed to be the first attacked. The faces of the five victims were severely injured and could not be identified. Police identified the deceased through DNA. Police confirm that the deceased is the male head of the family Lin Ling (45 years old) Lin Ling's wife Lin Yunli (43 years old) Lin Han (12 years old) and Lin Tao (9 years old) Lin Yunli's younger sister Lin Yunbin (39 years old) The forensic doctor speculated that Lin Ling and Lin Yunli were killed first in the master's room. Lin Yunbin was immediately met with a poisoned hand and had a defensive wound on her body. She judged that she had struggled in bed before she died. The corpses of the two children had a large number of defensive wounds. It was speculated that they might have been awakened by the killer's family and killed the family members before they were killed. The time of the incident is speculated to be between 3 am and 5 am. Lin Ling immigrated to Australia from Guangdong, China several decades ago, and opened a newspaper shop with his wife in North Yeping, Sydney. The business was good and he bought a large house in the suburbs. They have one daughter and two sons, both born and raised in Australia. When they had a successful career, they brought their parents from China to Sydney to live together and take care of their grandchildren. North Yeping is located about 18 kilometers northwest of Sydney and has a population of over 20,000. Wufenyi is a Chinese immigrant. Xie Lianbin, Lin's brother-in-law who is a doctor in China, is very envious of their family's life in Australia. In 1999, Xie Lianbin and his wife Lin Ye emigrated to Sydney, Australia, and lived only five minutes away from Lin Ling's residence. The lives of the two in Sydney were not satisfactory. The Chinese restaurant opened closed down due to poor management. After that, they did a lot of work. They ended in failure and lost their jobs for several years. Lin Ling took care of the two and arranged for them to work in a newspaper shop. The Lin family had family gatherings every week. On the evening of July 17, 2009, everyone went home after dinner at Lin's parents' house. The next morning, Lin Ling didn't go to the newspaper shop as usual to open the bloody prelude to the Lin family's murder. Lin Ling's father, Lin Yangfei, told the police: "Please catch the murderer as soon as possible. We are afraid that the murderer will come again. Please help us and help our only granddaughter. She is now all hope for our family." Lin Yangfei cried and said, "Too cruel! One day ago, everyone in our family was happy, and one day later, everything was gone." Lin Ling's mother Zhu Fengqin said, "My son is very kind to people, and such a thing happened to him." On July 29, Lin Ye and her husband Xie Lianbin were interviewed publicly to provide the media with information about the killings. Lin Yangfei and his wife hope to raise Lin Su, the surviving granddaughter. To prevent the killer from cutting the grass, Lin Su is closely protected by the police. "This is the largest number of homicides in a single kill in New South Wales history." Superintendent Superintendent Cote, leader of the homicide detection team. The murder was called one of the bloodiest murders in Australian history by Australian media. On August 8, 2009, five victims died at the same time, and more than 100 people attended the funeral. Five coffins lined up neatly in the Lingtang, Lin Ling's parents cried with pictures of their children and grandchildren, heartbreaking. Lin Ling's newspaper shop was reopened on the same day after it was taken over by Lin Ye and Xie Lianbin. The Lin family's bloodshed shocked the society, demanding that the law uphold justice. Everyone is asking: Who is the killer? Why did you wash the forest? The police found that the locks on the scene of the crime were not pryed, and the doors and windows had not been broken in. The murderer first cut off the power before entering the house. None of the five killed was tied up, women were not sexually assaulted,no property was lost, and the murderer's purpose was only to kill. A police action team consisting of 18 agents initially suspected that the murder was related to a robbery involving a car that was demobilized. In May before the incident, a dissolution car was robbed near a newspaper shop opened by Lin Ling. Lin Ling was a witness. Police suspected that the robbers had died and killed Lin Ling's family. After in-depth investigations, the police reversed the speculation that the car robbers were killed, and turned to investigating people familiar with the Lin family. The investigation found that Lin Ling's daughter, Lin Su, was spared because she was abroad, but Lin Su's room was not broken into. Police believed that the murderer had a Lin family key, was familiar with the environment, knew the power source, and could operate in the dark. Lin's house had four bedrooms. The murderer knew which room Lin Su was living in, and knew that she was not in the house that night. It can be seen that the murderer and the Lin family knew each other. After receiving the bad news, Lin Su returned to Australia from another country. Lin Ye and Xie Lianbin picked up at the airport and settled her in her home. A few hours later, Lin Ye and Xie Lianbin applied to be Lin Su's guardians and took over Lin Ling's newspaper shop. Lin Su was the key person in the case. The police had repeatedly asked her to assist in the investigation. Xie Lianbin obstructed under different excuses. After several days of investigation and search, the police found that Xie Lianbin was suspected of a major crime. Xie Lianbin was born in China in 1959,graduated in clinical medicine from Guangzhou Medical College, and worked as an otolaryngologist in the hospital. Xie Lianbin's classmates said that he had excellent grades in school and was a competitive man. In 1999, Xie Lianbin immigrated to Australia. He once opened a Chinese restaurant in Melbourne. The Chinese restaurant finally closed, and the couple Xie Lianbin never found a job. Xie Lianbin's classmates said that Xie Lianbin returned to the country to attend a class reunion, and found that his classmates developed better than himself. He was superior to his heart and was in a state of extreme imbalance. Australian friends who are familiar with Xie Lianbin said that the newspaper shop run by Lin Ling is booming and the family is getting better and better. Lin Ling's parents often compared Lin Ling with Xie Lianbin. Xie Lianbin was dissatisfied with this, thinking that Lin Ling could be inferior to him, but had good luck. The police suspected that Xie Lianbin had become hate because of jealousy, and he washed the Lin's family. He checked the investigation records of the case and found the suspect. Xie Lianbin and his wife Lin Ye were the ones who reported the murder. It was Lin Ye who called the police. When she reported the case, she told Xie Lianbin: "I am more afraid than you. You will leave me." However, Xie Lianbin did not stay and left the scene. Police suspected that Xie Lianbin had been exposed earlier than he expected because of the bloody case and that he would deal with the murder weapon or destroy the evidence before the police arrived. Xie Lianbin's residence and the crime scene are only five minutes' walk away. There is enough time to commit the crime. It is also very convenient to take the weapon home and store it. Xie Lianbin is an otolaryngologist who has received first-aid training. When he saw a loved one lying in a pool of blood, he left without checking and rescue. Police speculated that Xie Lianbin knew that those people had died. According to Lin Ye's testimony, when she and Xie Lianbin checked the master's room, Xie Lianbin hugged her from behind and told her not to look. Xie Lianbin was standing behind Lin Ye and could not see the situation in the room. Why did he ask Lin Ye not to look? Unless he knows there are dead bodies in the room. When Xie Lianbin was questioned by the police, he said that there were five corpses on the scene. Lin's corpse was in the master's room and covered with a piece of velvet. When the police first started investigating, the body could not be found. It wasn't until Lin Ye called the detective that the detective found the body. Xie Lianbin and Lin Ye, how do you know that Lin Ling's body is in the master room? Why did Lin Ye tell Agent Lin Ling's body? Although Xie Lianbin and Lin Ye had huge suspicions, the hair that the police picked up at the scene was not Xie Lianbin or Lin Ye, and the owner could not be found. In the electric box outside the Lin's door, the remaining DNA evidence did not match Xie Lianbin. In January 2010, six months after the incident, the homicide investigation team was allowed to install monitoring equipment in Xie Lianbin's home. Over the next four months, police tapped Xie Lianbin's conversation with others. Surveillance footage recorded Xie Lianbin's "discomforting caressing" against Lin Ye. The police believe that his motive may be related to this. Lin Ye once told the police that she and Xie Lianbin ate at the parents' home on the evening of July 17 and did not go out until the next morning after returning home. The police asked Lin Ye whether Xie Lianbin had got up the night of the incident. Lin Ye told the police after consulting her lawyer at the time: "I don't answer this question." Lin Ye provided her husband with evidence that he was not present. Police still suspect that Xie Lianbin used his medical knowledge to use a sedative to make his wife fall asleep and go out to commit a crime. The police speculated that Xie Lianbin went to the residence of Lin Ling from 2 to 5:30 in the morning, first cut off the power, then opened the door with a key, and killed five people in the house one by one on the bed. He then returned to his home and continued to lie next to his wife to sleep, cleaning the garage the next morning, receiving a call from his wife for help. Xie Lianbin received a phone call from Lin Ye to disclose the murder case. After arriving at the scene, he drove away to drive his wife's parents to come home to clean up the crime items and drove the murder weapon on his way to his father-in-law's house. The surveillance camera placed at Xie Lianbin's home recorded a conversation between Xie Lianbin and Lin Ye. He told Lin Ye that he was convinced that he had not been captured by any CCTV camera. Xie Lianbin had revealed to his wife that police suspected him and tried to instruct his wife on how to answer questions from the police and others. On May 11, 2010, about a year after the incident, the police went to Xie Lianbin's home for a four-day carpet search and took away some items for verification. Under the garage desk at Xie Lianbin's home, the police found a stained floor mat (Exhibit No. 91), and later found almost invisible blood stains on the stains, including the blood of at least four victims. Police found multiple similar bloodstains at the scene of Lin's murder. Experts determined that the blood stains found in Xie Lianbin's garage might belong to members of the Lin family. If the murderer uses the same weapon to kill multiple people, there will be multiple blood stains on the weapon. The murderer will walk in the house covered with the blood of the dead, the soles of the dead will also be stained with the mixed blood of the dead.

Cold-blooded crime record:British "public enemy" murderer by Wong Sir, serious crime Summary

Cold-blooded crime record:British "public enemy" murderer On February 12, 1993, Wienerboth (ten years old) and Thompson of the same age abducted and murdered two-year-old boy Balger in Liverpool, Merseyside, England. The brutal act was called the British "public enemy" killing Commit. The two punched and kicked Barge, lifted a ten-kilogram railroad track and smashed his head with a fish tail, applied paint to his left eye and face, let him eat the battery, and took off his shoes and socks. , Trousers and panties, sexually abusing his genitals, and possibly inserting a battery into his anus, Barge was abused to death. On February 14, police found Barge's body. The extent of the corpse's incompleteness was not even clear to the forensic doctor. In order to cover up the crime, Winnipes and Thompson put Barge's body on the tracks and let the train run over in an attempt to pretend to be an accident, and the evil act shocked British society. When Barge's mother, Ms. Denise, found out that Barge was missing, she immediately reported to the police. The police found the whereabouts of the suspect through surveillance video. The two "school-age children between the ages of 10 and 14" were wanted throughout the city and began to investigate students who skipped classes that day. Police then arrested two truant children, Winnipes and Thompson. Police found the same blue paint on Barge's clothes and blood stains on their clothes and shoes. DNA tests confirmed that it was Barge's blood. The shape of Winabers' toe cap matches the bruise on Barger's face, which proves that Winabers kicked Barger's face in this pair of shoes. Two fingerprints were also found on the scene. Police charged them with murder and abduction on February 20, 1993, and moved them to the South Severton Juvenile Court pending trial on the 22nd. When the police and the judiciary announced the identity of the two to the media, they called Winnipes "Boy A" and Thompson "Boy B". The two became the youngest murderers to be convicted in Britain for 250 years, and judges rarely asked the media to publish their real names and appearances. On November 1, 1993, the Royal Court of Preston formally opened for trial, and nearly 500 demonstrators gathered outside the court to demand a reassignment of the murderer. According to the autopsy report, there were forty-two injuries on Barge, each of which was not fatal, meaning that the victim died from chronic torture. Among them, the victim's head was hit by a fish plate to cause ten bone fractures in the victim's skull. It was found that the foreskin of the battery and genitals had been violently tampered with in the victim population. Police suspected that there was a motive for sexual crimes in the case. Although no battery was found in the victim's anus, the two were still suspected of inserting the battery into the victim's anus. Judge Moran, with testimony and a 20-hour recording of the interrogation, declared that the two had committed "crime and brutality" and that their actions were "crafty and very bad". Therefore, he was convicted of murder, kidnapping and attempted abduction. Winnipes and Thompson became the youngest killers in modern British history. Judge Moran suggested that he be sentenced to at least eight years' imprisonment and that specific actions not to be performed after release, including: not returning to Merseyside where the case occurred for life, two persons not communicating with each other for life, etc., must undergo regular inspections. Shortly after the sentencing, Lord Taylor, the chief justice of the British Supreme Court, said the two should be sentenced to at least ten years. The British "The Sun" solicited 280,000 people to sign a petition for additional sentence, and asked the then Home Secretary Mike Howard, their sentences were increased to 15 years. In 1999, the European Court of Human Rights held that two young offenders suffered "unfair treatment" and should be re-determined. In 2000, the two were reduced to eight years in prison because they performed well in prison. At a parole hearing in June 2001, on the grounds that "the two have not been identified as a threat to the safety of the public", Winerboth and Thompson were released from prison in a controversial voice and lived under falsehood due to security concerns. . At the age of 21, Dr. Susan Bailey, a forensic psychiatrist at the Ministry of the Interior, claimed that looking back at his childhood suspicions of sexual crimes, and comparing him with current ones, he can confirm that he "has no tendency to sexual crimes." On July 23, 2010, Winnipes was sentenced to two years in prison for possession of child pornography, paid downloads and distribution of child pornography. On May 4, 2011, Winnipeg was given a new identity again and was granted parole. On July 4, 2013, the Parole Board of England and Wales approved the release of Winabers, and he was formally released on September 3, 2013. Winabos was released in 2013. The victim's father, Leif, said: "Sooner or later he will be jailed again because of his lust for children, only sooner or later." In November 2017, Winnipeg was jailed for the third time for holding child pornographic pictures. The British official spent five million pounds to return Wenabers to the society. He could take guitar lessons in the prison, spend time decorating his cell, and use a personal rowing machine to exercise. These entertainment activities cost all It is the hard-earned money of taxpayers. He spent eight years in a juvenile correctional institution, costing 1.5 million pounds. After the first parole, the official spent 100,000 pounds a year monitoring him for ten consecutive years. Officials created a fake identity for him, costing 1.5 million pounds, and he spent at least half a million pounds for the second three years in prison. A parole hearing and an expert assessment would cost at least 250,000 pounds. Official records show that the prison administrator spent 24 hours in the supervision of Winnipes and spent nearly 300,000 pounds in 18 months. To avoid being attacked by other prisoners, Winnipes is currently in solitary confinement. Wenneboth's imprisonment three times was a blow to those who have tried to transform him over the past 25 years. The official spent about five million pounds (51.5 million Hong Kong dollars), hoping to get him back into society, and the results will be put to waste.

Cold-blooded crime record: Canada girls live raped on webcast (3 of 3) by Wong Sir, serious crime Summary

Cold-blooded crime record: Canada girls live raped on webcast (3 of 3) On March 31, Morroy, the second forensic doctor, appeared in court to testify. Dr. Morroy has been a full-time forensic doctor for more than 30 years and examined 5,000 corpses. Although he had never been to the scene of the Liu Qian case, it did not affect his judgment of the cause of death. The forensic doctor said, "The report of the cause of death is a point of view." Morroy and the first to testify, the forensic doctor who had been to the scene had a different opinion. He believed that Liu Qian caused mechanical asphyxia when the neck was compressed. His conclusion was that Liu Qian died of squeezing the neck, excluding all other possibilities, Liu Qian's neck muscles were bruised, small pieces of bleeding in the eyes were related to the cause of death. Forensic doctors say that producing these bruises requires constant external pressure, which can cause blood flow to the head when it is blocked. Liu Qian's neck was compressed without trauma, but when the neck was compressed, there was not necessarily trauma. If squeezed with a fine object, such as a tie or a finger, the victim's neck tends to leave marks. If use a thick object, such as an arm,may not notice the neck injury from the outside. Some doctors say that Liu Qian's heart has 260 grams, while others say 380 grams. Morroy said that Liu Qian's heart was a bit big, but it was normal. The cause of death was not related to heart disease, she had no history of heart disease. On April 1, Nattel, Dickson's defense attorney, claimed that the prosecution lacked evidence and that Dickson would not testify because he was entitled to do so. Nattel suggested that there might be a tall man sitting on the willow chest, which caused his airway to be blocked, the victim changed his body to a prone position before dying, which may presumably explain the reason for the contusion of the inner muscles of his neck. Cardiovascular pathologist Cunningham appeared in court to testify. After examining the case, he examined Liu Qian's heart and showed no heart disease. The heart had no structural, microstructural, or genetic damage. Cunningham countered Dixon's defense attorney Nattel and others that they said Liu Qian could have died of a rare heart attack called a concussion. Cunningham said that concussions usually occur in young athletes and result in sudden death after a heavy blow to the heart. Cunningham agrees that blunt injuries can lead to cardiac arrhythmias, which can lead to death in minutes if the heart does not "restart". He pointed out that there was no indication in this case that Liu Qian's heart had not suffered any bruises, that there was no bruise on the soft tissues of his chest or below his chest. Forensic biologist Cole, who testified in the Scientific Assurance Center, testified in court, saying that the male DNA found on Liu Qiang's body, including his nails, closely matched Dickson's DNA sample. Blood stains found on a blue T-shirt seized by police in Dickson's room were confirmed to contain dried willow DNA, with a deviation rate of one of the 140th power. On April 4, the case was closed. Both the accused and the defendant agreed that the defendant was guilty, but there were differences in the charges. The prosecution considers Dickson guilty of first-degree murder, the defense considers the defendant to be guilty of manslaughter and pre-murder evidence is insufficient. Prosecutor Pierolia said that Dixon had forcibly entered Liu Qian's room, had an unreasonable purpose, encountered resistance, was worried about the defendant, and decided to kill Liu Qian. When Liu Qian's body was found, the nightdress was lifted above the chest, and underwear, socks, and sanitary napkins were scattered on the ground. Saliva and male semen are found in the abdomen and groin. These saliva and semen are highly similar to Dickson. Dickson claims that he did not lie, hug, kiss or sexually assault Liu Qian. According to the testimony of Meng Xian, who was in a video call with Liu Qian in Beijing at the time of the case, Liu Qian fell to the ground and survived. Liu Qian's voice disappeared after two muted sounds. Forensic doctors ruled out Liu Qian's sudden death, indicating that Dickson murdered Liu Qian, Liu Qian had squeeze marks on his neck. The forensic doctor claimed that Liu Qian died of the squeeze on his neck. In the closing statement, Dickson's defense lawyer Nattel emphasized that Dickson accidentally killed Liu Gan during sexual assault. The situation at the time should be: "Dickson sat on Liu Qian to reach an orgasm, Liu Qian's head was against the wall. Tensions and muscle spasms caused her to suffocate. Dickson did not know and could not know that posture would cause Liu Qian to die. At the time of the incident, there were other tenants in the building, even tenants were walking around. Dickson would not Take the risk to kill. " Nattel said that the prosecution said that Dickson decided to kill because he did not want to be sexually assaulted. Was this inference reasonable? Sexual assault is very different from murder. Will he do that? Fourteen jurors watched the video records and photos of the scene of the crime scene in the court. Judge Morrie said that the jury must be "very sure" that Dickson "all met". The following four elements can be convicted of first-degree murder. The four elements are: Dickson "illegally caused" Liu Qian's death. He "has a murderous mentality." He "sexually or attempted to assault" Liu Qian. He "sexually assaulted and murdered" Liu Qian was "part of the same series of incidents." The second-degree murder is that Dickson caused Liu Qian to die, or caused Liu Qian to die from a physical injury, he did not care whether she was dead or alive. As part of the murder, attempted or acknowledged sexual assault is automatically considered a first-degree murder. Dickson's removal of Liu Qian's computer and mobile phone could not prove his intentional murder. The judge told the jury "it is almost impossible to absolutely prove anything", and the jury did not need to explain why it was so sentenced. On April 7, 2014, the jury withdrew for three hours to discuss and unanimously convicted the defendant Dickson of first-degree murder. The judge sentenced him to life imprisonment and could not apply for parole after 25 years in prison. Dickson immediately submitted an appeal to the Ontario Appeals Court. However, Dickson's previous application to the government for a fee subsidy for lawyers was rejected, Toronto criminal lawyer Nattel no longer defended him. No lawyer in Canada is willing to defend him. Liu Qian's parents arrived at the Toronto Police Headquarters on the morning of April 11 and submitted the victim's statement. Liu Qian's father said, “My daughter has been lost, we can't live in hatred forever. We will go on. I accept thier apologize and I hope they live well. " Liu Qian's parents said in a statement: "It has been 1086 days since Liu Qian was killed. We are thinking of her every second, hour, and day. Every family reunion day such as Chinese New Year is our darkest day. Reunion can only In the cemetery two hours away by car. Facing the cold tombstone, we wept quietly, recalling the beauty of our daughter's life, recalling that we could not describe her departure with words, which caused us psychological damage. " The statement concluded: "To our only lovely daughter, your departure has also lost all our vision for the future. Your departure is for us no money can be exchanged." Liu Qian's parents said the court made a fair judgment and they appreciated the Canadian judicial system, such as police, judges, juries and prosecutors. After Dickson was in jail, Chen Min, who had been a perverted and killed Chinese girl Zhang Dongyue in 2004, became a prison mate with former perverted commander Williams of the Canadian Air Force Base. Dickson said in the letter that the prison was a lonely place and he missed his family, friends and pets. To enrich himself, he often reads, writes, plays sports and watches TV. In January 2017, Dickson, 36, was still in jail at Pacific Prison in British Columbia, and his appeal was withdrawn. An Ontario judge ruled that Dickson's previous appeal was abolished and a hearing scheduled for the first half of this year was cancelled.

Cold Blooded by The Urban Griot Summary

Omar Tyree -- writing as The Urban Griot -- delivers a thrilling novel about a jaded college girl who when scorned becomes more lethal than the hardened criminal with whom she falls in love. When Janeia Goode, a beautiful undergrad studying psychology at Chicago State University, meets Warren Hamilton, known as Molasses --or Moe for short -- she knows he is dangerous, and yet she finds him to be exciting, mysterious, and undeniably sexy. Janeia realizes that she is a good girl in love with a bad boy -- and she must keep his life as a hit man a secret, or else. Although Moe does reveal to Janeia his life as a paid killer, and she seems to accept it, his skill as a notorious womanizer proves to be his most dangerous habit. After an attempt on Moe's life lands him in an emergency room, he begins to reconsider his many enemies, but he does not take into account the scorned women he has manipulated over the years, up to and including his current love, Janeia. Soon Moe and Janeia are locked in a deadly game ruled by pride, passion, and the desire for love, loyalty, and vengeance. Cold Blooded will thrill readers who are already hooked on Tyree's racy tales of urban reality and romance.

Assassins by Charlotte Greig Summary

Bloody, violent, and sometimes spectacularly stage-managed, assassinations have become shocking landmarks in modern history, distinguished by their careful planning and cold-hearted detachment. Author Charlotte Greig explores some of the most notorious assassinations in history, looking in depth at the killers, their motives, and the impact the deaths of victims had on society. She investigates the controversies that have arisen where the killers' motives have been unclear or their ability to organize such a crime unaided has been questionable. From the assassinations of Rasputin, Franz Ferdinand, and John F. Kennedy to Gianni Versace, John Lennon, Benazir Bhutto, and Martin Luther King - along with near misses on Ronald Reagan, Andy Warhol, Margaret Thatcher, and Sergei Skripal - this fascinating book gives you the inside track on the drama, horror, and bloody aftermath of assassinations, some of which have changed the course of history.
